Palm Island Funeral Layover Request

This form is to request a layover of a SeaLink vessel on a Thursday and cost is to be paid direct by the client.

Please be advised that this request is not confirmed until SeaLink has received approval from Palm Island Aboriginal Shire Council and full payment has been received. Layovers can be arranged only on Palm Island.
