Vehicles may only be driven on sealed roads between Horseshoe Bay and Picnic Bay. Vehicle access is not allowed beyond The Forts car park to Arthur, Florence and Radical Bays. Access to West Point is subject to vehicle type & road/weather conditions at the time of hire.
All drivers must be a minimum of 21 years old and have held a current Full Licence for a minimum of 2 years
(International Driver’s Licences are also accepted and the Queensland Government requires international drivers to always have the original valid international driver’s licence on them at all times whilst driving). Fuel levies and a security bond in the form of a credit card (digital card not accepted) are required at the time of collecting the vehicle.
