Vehicles range from small fun cars to 4WDs, giving you the option to choose how you want to travel! Jump in your hire car and explore the bays, attractions and sights Magnetic Island has to offer

Stop in at the Forts Walk and snap some pictures of the local wildlife or beautiful scenery Maggie is famous for. Pull up at Alma Bay in Arcadia, where you can snorkel, swim, relax with a book under the palm trees or have a BBQ lunch with friends and family. Geoffrey Bay is right around the corner, grab some feed at the news agency in Arcadia and head down to hand feed the rock wallabies or hire some snorkel gear and explore the fringing reef right off the beach!

If you’re after a more adventurous day, hire a 4WD and head out to West Point* and watch the sunset over Townsville.

The options are endless... and we’ve made it easy.

Package includes return ferry transfers, a drink on-board the ferry & car hire for the day.

Extended Hire Available
*Vehicles may only be driven on sealed roads between Horseshoe Bay and Picnic Bay. Permission may be given for 4WD hire on the unsealed road from Picnic Bay to West Point (access to West Point is subject to vehicle type & road/weather conditions at time of hire). Vehicle access is not available beyond The Forts car park to Arthur, Florence and Radical Bays.

All drivers must be a minimum of 21 years old and have held a current Full Licence for a minimum of 2 years (International Licences are accepted with most hire companies however Queensland Government requires international drivers to always have the original valid international driver’s licence on them at all times whilst driving). Fuel levies and a security bond in the form of a credit card (digital card not accepted) may be required at time of collecting the vehicle.

Drink includes 1x beer, wine or soft drink on-board SeaLink ferry.
