Donation & Sponsorship
Prizes for Community Fundraising
Fundraising is an integral part of the activities undertaken by many schools, churches, societies, clubs and community organisations, and SeaLink Queensland can assist with donations of ferry tickets for prizes. Due to the large number of requests we receive for donations, we regret that we cannot grant every request and we can only respond to successful applicants.
To request a donation for fundraising, complete the Fundraising Prize Application Form.
Travel Sponsorship
SeaLink Queensland may be able to assist with free or discounted ferry travel for organisations that complete the Travel Sponsorship Application Form and address all criteria.

Palm & Magnetic Island Residents - SMS Emergency Communications
Sign up using the contact form below and receive emergency communications by SMS from SeaLink North Queensland. The emergency SMS service will enable SeaLink North Queensland to instantly communicate important service messages to passengers, in particular, Island residents through an SMS text.
Emergency messages could include such things as cancelled services due to extreme weather/cyclones, additional transfers and lengthy delays. This service will provide greater communication between the company and you, the end users, ultimately minimising disruption to the ferry timetable and ensuring all passengers are aware of any issues that may affect their travel.
To sign up simply enter your first and last name & mobile number (please note details provided outside of our terminal business hours will be processed the following day). Once you have signed up, your mobile number will be stored in a secure database. You will only be contacted through this SMS service for emergencies only.
This service will not be used for marketing purposes.
