Ingredients
- A bottle of KI Oyster's in-house made Kilpatrick Sauce
- A dozen Kangaroo Island Oysters, opened
- Chopped bacon, as much or as little as you like (Our Kilpatrick is great on Oysters without bacon also).
Method
- Place Oysters on an Oyster tray or an oven tray. If you don’t have an Oyster tray, you can use salt or aluminium foil to stabilise the Oysters.
- Top with chopped bacon.
- Pour Kilpatrick sauce over the Oyster until the shell is full.
- Place under a hot grill until the sauce is bubbling.
- Serve with a slice of lemon and regret that you didn’t cook an extra dozen.
