In response to the ongoing situation in the Middle East and its impact on global fuel markets, we will introduce a temporary fuel surcharge of $5 per passenger and $14 per vehicle each way on new ferry bookings (does not apply to resident or freight fares), effective 17 April 2026. We have absorbed these increased fuel costs for as long as possible, and this temporary measure is necessary to help manage the significant increase in operating costs.
We are committed to keeping this surcharge as low as possible and only in place for as long as required to ensure we continue to deliver a reliable and consistent service.
This surcharge will be reviewed monthly to ensure it remains appropriate and aligned to fuel prices and will be amended accordingly or removed when normal conditions stabilise. Continue to revisit our website for the latest information.
There are currently no concerns regarding fuel supply.
We thank you for your understanding as we navigate this current situation.
