SeaLion 2000 passenger access during low tide impacting Cape Jervis departures
SeaLion 2000 Passenger Access – during low tidal movements (impacting Cape Jervis departures)
We acknowledge the difficulties some passengers with mobility requirements are experiencing when boarding SeaLion 2000 during periods of low tide.
Tidal conditions below 0.6 metres at Cape Jervis can affect boarding operations. The recently constructed passenger access ramps were designed to accommodate the new vessels; however, we are currently engineering a new gangway to support the transition period.
This is expected to be implemented by the end of November 2025.
In the interim, passengers are encouraged to contact the Sales Centre on 13 13 01 or [email protected] to advise of any mobility requirements when making their booking.
Thank you for your understanding.
