Tickets can be purchased on arrival at the Kettering terminal. All tickets are return fares.

The SeaLink Bruny Island Ferry service operates 365 days per year. The ferry crossing to and from Bruny Island takes just 20 minutes.
The ferry departs from Kettering, located a 35-minute drive from Hobart, and from Roberts Point on Bruny Island.

No, you cannot. SeaLink Bruny Island operates on a queueing system, you can pre-purchase your ticket online. The ticket is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
All fares are return travel, but you can stay on and enjoy Bruny for as long or as short as you like. Your return ticket is open.
