From Wednesday 26 July there will be changes to how we operate from our Redland Bay terminal as we progress the works required to update our terminal and make way for the new vessels.
To ensure minimal disruption to services we will be undertaking required works in two stages over the next 5 weeks. Therefore from Wednesday 26 July we will be operating to the below plan:
To assist customers and offer as minimal disruptions as possible we will have additional support on the ground in the form of a consultant, crew member or car park attendant to help direct customers.
If you are travelling outside our peak periods and there is no one onsite to direct you, please use the above plan as a guide and line up in the applicable lane.
At the completion of the identified works (at this stage the indicative date is 14 August 2023) we will communicate any further changes closer to the date in order to reduce any confusion.
