Mandorah ferry fares
New fares apply from 1 July 2026
From 1 July 2026, Mandorah ferry fares will increase by 3% plus rounding, in line with SeaLink NT’s funding arrangements with the Northern Territory Government.
SeaLink NT values the role this service plays in daily life for Mandorah residents, commuters and families who depend on the ferry to stay connected with Darwin. The adjustment reflects the genuine cost of maintaining safe, well-crewed vessels and a reliable timetable, and ensures the service continues to operate at the standard our passengers expect.
Tickets purchased prior to 1 July 2026 will be honoured at the fare paid. All other conditions of travel remain unchanged.

The Sealink ferry is equipped with toilets, kiosks, air-conditioned cabins, outside seating, and a friendly helpful crew.
Permitted on this Mandorah ferry service:
- Fishing rods and fishing equipment; all hooks must be removed, and fish or bait must be packed in a leak-proof bag before boarding
- Pushbikes & camping equipment
- Pets can travel; however, every dog must have a muzzle – these can be purchased onboard
- Up to 20kg of personal luggage excluding items listed in our terms and conditions.
