“Our achievements in Western Australia to win back-to-back state awards, winning the People’s Choice and 100% Best of Queensland Score awards at the North Queensland Awards, and K’gari in the Queensland Fraser Coast Awards reflects the exceptional standards we uphold as well as acknowledging our genuine commitment to providing the best possible service to the local communities and experience to visitors to these amazing regions,” Gauci exclaimed.

SeaLink took home the following awards:

Western Australia: 2023 Perth Airport WA Tourism Awards
  • Major Tour & Transport Operators: Gold

SeaLink WA has once again claimed Gold in the Major Tour & Transport Operators category at the 2023 Perth Airport WA Tourism Awards. This exceptional feat not only cements SeaLink WA’s status as an industry leader but also positions them for a potential back-to-back win at the upcoming National Australian Tourism Awards to be held in Darwin next year.

Leycester Cory, General Manager SeaLink Western Australia, said, "Our back-to-back wins highlight the dedication of our exceptional team for going above and beyond. I want to thank every one of our team members for your commitment and passion. This consecutive recognition as the best in the west is very humbling and motivates us to keep improving the brilliant experiences we offer.

“We look forward to representing SeaLink and Western Australia again in the national awards next year," Mr. Cory said.

North Queensland: North Queensland Tourism & Events Awards

We aim to provide the best customer experience and the fact these two awards are based on customer reviews and votes is extra satisfying and rewarding for our team.

Spearman added, “It was also brilliant to see our partner win the Best Destination Event category for the SeaLink Magnetic Island Race Week.”
