Emergency communications by SMS from SeaLink

The emergency SMS service will enable SeaLink to instantly communicate important service messages to passengers and residents through an SMS text. Emergency messages could include cancelled services due to extreme weather, additional transfers and lengthy delays. We believe this service will provide greater communication, ultimately minimising disruption to the ferry timetable and ensuring all passengers are aware of any issues that may affect their travel.

To sign up, simply enter your name and mobile number. Once you have signed up your mobile number will be stored in a secure database. You will be contacted through this SMS service for ferry status updates only.
