Customer Notification Update

Thank you to everyone that provided us with feedback during the past month. We've decided we will not remove our cardboard multi tickets from circulation until a viable solution has been developed. Cardboard multi's will be available for those who do not wish to use smart phones to store ticket barcodes. For those that wish to purchase multi tickets online, these will be available from 01 August 2023.
Changes from 01 August 2023
From 01 August we will be adding our multi-tickets to our website for customers that wish to purchase tickets online and use the generated barcode for travel – this can be shared amongst family and friends and allows people the opportunity to purchase online whenever suits them. Our carboard multi tickets will still be available for purchase onboard or in our Dunwich or Cleveland offices.
What does this mean?
This means from 01 August customers will be able to purchase all passenger tickets (including multi’s):
- Online via our website
- Through the SeaLink ‘Go Blue’ commuter app
- Over the phone
- In any of our customer facing offices
- Onboard our vessel
When will multi tickets be available online?
From 01 August 2023 customers will be able to purchase all available passenger ferry ticket types via our website. Tickets will all be valid for 365 days from the purchase date as usual.
Why has the decision been changed regarding cardboard multi’s being removed from sale?
We still ideally need to obtain correct data however until we can offer our customers an alternative that does not create any unnecessary duress we will continue to offer carboard multi’s to those who want to purchase them. For those who use smart phones having the barcoded multi on your phone means you are less likely to lose the ticket or put it through the wash 😉
Will there be a discount if we purchase our multi tickets online?
No, multi tickets are already reduced prices so at this stage there is no online discount.
