Please note, if your vehicle is longer than 6.5m, it should be booked as a truck.

SeaLink North Stradbroke Island uses a flexible fare structure, similar to an airline, ensuring brilliant value for customers who are able to travel off-peak. Off-peak fares are subject to change based on demand, so booking in advance is highly recommended to secure the best price. When making a vehicle booking, all available departures and fares will be displayed in the journey planner once you enter your travel dates and vehicle details. Please note that any changes to your booking after purchase may incur additional charges.

Vehicle ferry
Yes. Vehicle ferry travel must be booked in advance, as space is limited. Bookings can be made online or by phone.
Passenger ferry
Passenger ferry tickets do not need to be booked for a specific departure time. However, tickets are cheaper when purchased online, and booking ahead is recommended. Passenger tickets are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

Passengers travelling on concession fares must present a valid Australian concession or student card at the time of purchase and travel.

Yes. If you do not yet know your rental vehicle details, you can book online using “Rental” as the vehicle make and “RENTAL” as the registration. Once you have collected the vehicle, please contact us to update your booking details. Please have your booking number ready at check-in.

Yes. All SeaLink North Stradbroke Island vehicle ferries have fully licensed onboard cafés, offering drinks and light snacks. Alcohol is served after 10.00am.

Yes. Toilets are available at the Cleveland terminal and on all SeaLink North Stradbroke Island ferries. All ferries have toilets located on the lower level.

Accessibility varies by vessel:
- Yalingbila passenger ferry: Wheelchair accessible, with allocated wheelchair space and priority seating on board.
- Sea Breeze vehicle ferry: Toilets located on the lower level, no elevator, fewer stairs between levels compared to other vehicle ferries.
- Minjerribah vehicle ferry: Toilets located on the lower level, elevator available, access between levels also via steep stairs.
- Quandamooka vehicle ferry: Toilets located on the lower level, no elevator, access between levels via steep stairs.

Yes. The departure lounge café and ticket office are accessible via ramps. Café tables are suitable for wheelchair users, and staff are available to assist if required.
