Sailing time is approximately 45 minutes to Kingfisher Bay Resort.

On arrival to the ferry landing, please park your vehicle in lanes 1,2 or 3 and the staff will check you in prior to boarding.

Travelling as a Walk-on Passenger

Walk-on guests can book any of our services online, or visit our Mainland Reception at 54 Ariadne Street, River Heads. All guests—vehicle or walk-on—must have a pre‑purchased ticket before arriving at the River Heads ferry departure point.

For walk-on passengers, ample car parking is available at the River Heads ferry departure point.

For Guests of Kingfisher Bay Resort:

We offer three designated ferry services with porterage and transfer services to ensure a seamless journey for our guests. These services include:

• Transfer from our Kingfisher mainland reception in River Heads to the ferry departure point.
• Upon arrival at K’gari, transfer from the ferry to the resort complex.

Designated Ferry Times for House Guests:

• River Heads to Kingfisher Bay Resort: 9:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:45 PM
• Kingfisher Bay Resort to River Heads: 8:00 AM, 10:15 AM, 2:30 PM, 5:00 PM
