Please check-in a minimum of 30 minutes prior to departure
Sailing time is approximately 45 minutes to Kingfisher Bay Resort and approximately 30 minutes to Wanggoolba Creek. If travelling on a 6.00am or 6.45am service, our staff will conduct the check-in process before boarding the vessel as the ticket hut will be closed.
Please confirm your booking with our Reservations Team on 1800 227 437 prior to departure. Crossing times may be subject to change during cases of extreme low tides.
Travelling as a Walk-on Passenger
Please note that walk-on passenger services cannot be booked online. To book this service, kindly call our reservation team.
For Guests of Kingfisher Bay Resort:
We offer three designated ferry services with porterage and transfer services to ensure a seamless journey for our guests. These services include:
- Transfer from our Kingfisher mainland reception in River Heads to the ferry departure point.
- Upon arrival at K’gari, transfer from the ferry to the resort complex.
Designated Ferry Times for House Guests:
- River Heads to Kingfisher Bay Resort: 9:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:45 PM
- Kingfisher Bay Resort to River Heads: 8:00 AM, 10:15 AM, 2:30 PM, 5:00 PM
