Day 1:  Arrive into Adelaide and spend the day discovering the sights of the city including the North Terrace Precinct, Rundle Mall shopping and the very popular Adelaide Central Markets.

Day 2:  Travel northwards to the world renowned Barossa wine region. Enjoy the change of scenery as you make your way into the vineyards of South Australia’s premium wine region.

The first stop is TeAro Estate, located in the main street of Williamstown in a heritage listed 1850's barn. In the intimate Tasting Room, you will be treated to morning tea sourced from the local bakery and wine tastings while hearing stories from 4 generations of family vignerons.

Next stop is a visit to Maggie Beer’s Farm Shop, an absolute must whilst visiting the Barossa. Maggie Beer - cook, writer and founder of 'Maggie Beer Products', offers tastings and sales of her full product range including limited edition seasonal produce. Here we can browse amongst her personally selected regional specialty goods, purchase one of her signed books or simply sit back and take in the view.

On arrival at Lambert Estate at Angaston, you have the option of tasting a wide selection of quality wines before sitting down and enjoying a delicious 2-course Barossa restaurant lunch. You may wish to purchase a glass of wine to accompany your meal.

Leaving Lambert Estate, travel to Mengler Hill Lookout for sweeping views over the valley and then onto your final stop for the day at Pindarie, a multi-tourism award winning cellar door, which feels more like an Australian Homestead than a cellar door. The friendly staff don’t just pour the wine; they share the stories behind the wines and Pindarie, a great way to finish off your Barossa Food & Wine Experience, before travelling back to Adelaide.

Day 3:  An early morning pick up from your hotel for a scenic coach journey to Cape Jervis taking in the picturesque Fleurieu Peninsula with its vineyards, coastal views and rolling hills. On arrival, board the SeaLink ferry for the 45 minute crossing to Penneshaw on Kangaroo Island.

Here you will board your luxury SeaLink coach and your local driver/guide will take you on a tour of South Australia’s premier nature-based tourism destination. Visit Seal Bay Conservation Park where you will be taken on a beach walk with an experienced guide, and be amongst a colony of rare Australian sea lions. Get up close and see these wild creatures frolic and laze about – a truly amazing and unforgettable experience.

Then enjoy a delicious two course lunch at Vivonne Bay Bistro, set in a beautiful Australian bushland setting, followed by a visit to the Hanson Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, were you will see koalas relaxing in the trees. Spend the afternoon at Flinders Chase National Park, which is renowned as a sanctuary for native Australian animals including kangaroos, wallabies, koalas and echidnas.

See the rugged coastline from walks around Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch. Remarkable Rocks provide great photographic opportunities, and the Admirals Arch boardwalk takes you down a rugged cliff face to reveal the spectacular rock archway, a natural nursery and safe haven for playful Long-nosed Fur Seals.

There is also a possibility that you will see more kangaroos and wallabies on your return to Penneshaw for your return journey to Adelaide.

Day 4:  Spend the day further exploring Adelaide before your departure home.
