Manage your Bookings Online

Bookings for ferry travel can now be managed online, regardless of whether you have booked online or not. 

You can now:

  • View your itinerary and booking documents
  • Pay for any outstanding amounts securely online (i.e. Balance Due)
  • Change the time and date of a ferry booking
  • Change the time and date of mainland coach transfers
  • Change the time and date of on-island shuttle transfers

If you have a website login, once logged in, simply enter your booking number on the Manage Your Booking page (accessed from the My Booking page) and make changes.

Logins are not essential for managing your booking, however you may enjoy the convenience. If you want a website login, you can apply for one; just call us on 8551 7222.

If you do not have a website login, just click on My Booking in the top right hand corner of the website, click on Manage Your Existing Booking. You will be prompted to input the email address used on the booking along with the booking number, once submitted, an email will be sent immediately with a link to the manage your booking.  It’s that easy!

Note: The special KI Resident (KIPK) Bus & Ferry Package is not changeable online and you cannot add or remove passengers or vehicles or change holiday packages yet but are being developed.
