Service: Ease of access via Adelaide to Cape Jervis & ferry.

Product: This was excellent -its itinerary was the key, combined with Robert Bruce who did the extra yards in understated way.

Very efficient and seamless organisation, despite our very last minute booking (the morning of the trip itself).

Service: Staff contacted before the journey were fantastic. Booking changes from the 6.00pm to 7.00pm Ferry and the change on the return journey from 7.30am to 10.30am were accommodated with no problems. Loading was well organised and, information provided and announcements were clear. The Ferries were clean and comfortable.

Product: The tour was excellent in spite of the cold wind! Lunch was very good. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and presented well. The coach was comfortable and clean.

Service: See below, excellent service.

Product: I was very happy with the services provided by sealink. They were professional & when I left my telephone on the bus they provided great service by locating and returning it to me. Lachie our guide was excellent. No complaints whatsoever.

Service: Sealink should have a tour where you can do a 3 day 2 night tour where you can stay ahead of the first tour on the 2nd day and there are tours on both Day 2 and Day 3. The 3 day 2 night tour that I went on had nothing planned on the 3rd Day. Without transportation, I had to book another single day tour with Sealink for the 3rd Day because I would not have seen anything on KI otherwise.

Product: Robert was a great guide. He was very knowledgable and interesting. I had him for both 1 day tours that I did on KI and I would recommend him to people who would go on Sealink tours on KI.

Service: Everything was very well organized. We booked the tour from Europe and were happy to see that everything worked out as described.

Product: Our driver and tour guide Les did an excellent job. As a guy from KI he could tell us many details about the Island and the places we visited. A great tour if you like to see the nature of KI.

Service: Very good service. The bus driver Dennis on the 2-day Kangaroo Island Tour is very courteous and did an excellent job looking after us.

Service: Great ride between Adelaide and Kangaroo Island, however the return trip to Adelaide on the ferry was packed and the Free WiFi was unavailable. Also, Sealink probably should consider putting on a connecting Ferry/Coach lunchtime trip back to Adelaide to let holiday makers sleep in a little. Clearly with the packed Ferry in the morning, there is scope to do that.

Product: A great way to see some of the Islands key attractions. The driver was enthusiastic and flexible with drop off points which was helpful.

Service: Everyone we dealt with from our initial enquiry to our transport to Kingscote Airport have been fantastic - great holiday and great experience.

Central Backpackers cabin was extremely clean and very comfortable and Patty is a true gem.

Product: Again as per the note above, it was interesting as well as all places we visited, the staff have a great appreciation of customer service and passion

Service: Clean tidy friendly service

Product: Thanks very much for allowing us to follow the bus and join in the activities we had a great day. Lunch however was a bit average, for an island that prides itself on its foodie traditions and has so many wonderful fresh produce manufactures chicken/beef sausage with the usual suspects of salad did not cut it. Though the special dessert when they found out we were newlyweds was very nice. Also the time of the first viewing stop and activity might be helpful to anyone else who wants to follow bus in future (save them running around the island picking up people transferring to the airport). Or even meet at airport with time if more convenient for tour operator.

Service: We had a good trip over there and back. Was great that we could walk around the ferry.

Product: We really enjoyed our Seal Bay tour, but was a little disappointed we could not get closer than 10 metres from the Seals. Also the time that we spent at each truly was not long enough.

Service: No criticism of the service other than the ferry trip is very expensive compared with other trips we have done in australia.

Service: Ferry crossing was fine, the ferry was clean and the staff were very polite.

Product: I really enjoyed the tour with Alby the driver. My only negative on this tour was the pelican feeding at the last stop. The man doing the show was not a good ambassador for Kangaroo Island or the tour. He was somewhat obnoxious to the crowd, telling people that it would be rude not to provide money for the show. I would never recommend this pelican feeding to others. In addition, it is somewhat sad to see such beautiful birds begging for fish.
