Kingscote Tourist Park and Family Units is nestled amongst an attractive bushland setting, on a safe children’s beach at the beautiful and tranquil Nepean Bay, where you can enjoy our resident Pelicans, Black Swans and Dolphins. Offering FREE Wi-Fi and a range of clean, comfortable and affordable accommodation, from self contained ensuite units to Family Parade Units. Brownlow makes an ideal base for exploring our Nature Island. We are located 3kms south west of Kingscote, Kangaroo Island largest town and within a 45 minute drive from most attractions. Rates are based on Twin Share Per Night
Extra Person: $18 per person per night for Unit accommodation
Extra Person: $9 per person per night for Powered / Unpowered Sites
Minimum Stay: 1 night for Powered and Unpowered Sites
Minimum Stay: 2 nights for Units (Surcharge $25 for a 1 night stay)
Linen: Included
Children: 3 years & over are charged at extra person
Infants: 0 – 2 years are free of charge – Property offers a Porta-Cot, you must provide own linen. A charge of $10.00 per stay is paid direct to the Tourist Park.
Bond: Please note a credit card bond is required at time of check-in for any incidentals and damages
