Kangaroo Island Farmer’s Markets - Call 13 13 01 to book

When: Sunday mornings, 1st Sunday of the month, (extra markets in summer months and Easter)

Where: Lloyd Collins Reserve, by the sea at Penneshaw (a short walk from the ferry).

Time: 9.30am – 1.00pm.

Join a selection of Kangaroo Island’s top food producers at the Kangaroo Island Farmer’s Markets.  Purchase a range of fresh local produce from the very people who grow, farm or make it.  Tastings, breakfast, coffee and a great village atmosphere are all on offer. Stay for the day and enjoy lunch at one of Penneshaw’s cafes or the Penneshaw Hotel.  Laze on the beach, go fishing or take some of the great walking trails around Penneshaw.

Special KI Farmer's Market return ferry fares* from 1st April 2012 to 31st December 2012

Cape Jervis/Penneshaw/Cape Jervis*: Adult $32pp, Child $16pp, Concession $16pp, Standard Vehicle $185 return
 

*Conditions to 31st March 2012 - These are return same day special ferry fares and are available for travel from Cape Jervis to Penneshaw only, not in reverse. Passengers must travel on designated market days only, no refunds on cancelled bookings. Travel bookings can be pre-booked (recommended) by calling 13 13 01 or booked on the day of travel, subject to availability. Travel on 9am service from Cape Jervis cannnot be pre-booked, however clientrs who book on 10.00am service can travel on 9am on standby basis. 

*Conditions from 1st April 2012 to 31st Devember 2012 - Must travel on days listed above (market days). Travel is available ex Cape Jervis from 10am (excludes 9am ferry) and return ex Penneshaw on or before the 5.30pm ferry departure. If the return journey is not completed on or before the 5.30pm ferry departure, full fares will be charged for the full journey. Passengers can take a car and pay full fare for the car providing it is the same day return travel and in accordance with the same day return travel passenger fares. No other discounts are applicable or available. No refunds are applicable if booking is cancelled prior to travel. Bookings can be pre-booked or booked on the day of travel. Payments are as per SeaLink payment conditions.

James Morrison is a true Australian virtuoso in every sense of the word and we are excited to announce that he will be performing on Kangaroo Island, Saturday 3rd March 2012. James will perform with four soloist members of the Opera Scholars Australia at this special event to be held in the Kingscote Town Hall.
