KI is accessible by a standard motor vehicle and is well serviced with an extensive bitumised road network. Some roads are constructed of ironstone gravel and high speed driving on these roads can be hazardous. We suggest a minimum of three days and travelling up to 60 kilometres per hour on dirt roads. There are wild animals out in the late afternoon and night, so please be particularly careful at these times.
